International Competition on the Development of an Architectural Concept for an International Business Center with an Intercontinental Hotel in the City of Yerevan

The area is experiencing generic changes that diminish the special qualities of its cities and landscape, like many other regions in our globalization world. The very presence of nature the place has helps to diminish the impact of these generic highlight what is special about an area. With an enhanced program intended to provide an iconic landmark which has a form recalling Mt. Ararat and bolster the town's stature and urban spaces, the project will transform the edge of the city of Yerevan into a premier travel and architectonic destination. This means that the 'natural scenery' can literally be displayed to the surrounding environment.
The density of the buildings allows for social and spatial cohesion and soul, the area is a testing ground for further developments that innovate with the traditional Yerevan densities.
The complex on the hill will soon take its place among the landmarks of the city, as it has been designated as the location for a cultural center that will enrich the daily life of the city, and become an attraction for visitors from all over the world.
